Transition from working life to active retirement
Just a moment ago you were in the middle of your professional life and you feel fit and in all issues? You're happy to have more time, but after a few weeks you've done everything and feel like you want to get back to work after a vacation?
You were really looking forward to your retirement and had a thousand plans, but now you just feel old and sad? This is not uncommon, probably you had a great expertise, a lot of responsibility and a good collegial environment in your professional life. I would be happy to help you sort out what is happening to you right now and coach you until you have mastered this transition.

Many people who are newly retired go through periods of dejection and sadness, also known as "empty desk syndrome". The professional phase of life is over, but the new phase of life is not yet within reach. A vacuum develops; you fall into a mental hole, so to speak.

Here it is important to avoid / work on the emotional hole, for example by reorganizing everyday life, and reflection processes to develop new interests / revive old interests. Coaching is a good way to gain clarity and stability in this phase.

Mediation in interpersonal conflicts
(everyday work / private life)
Not everything always goes smoothly in contact with other people. Here it is important to identify and analyse conflicts. In doing so, it is important not only to look at the obvious, but to recognize the potential for conflict hidden beneath the obvious ("iceberg model"):
- identifying the reason of conflicts
- development of solution steps with the help of conflict resolution strategies, compromises and respectful communication rules
-guiding two parties through the path of resolving through compromising

We work out solution steps with the help of conflict resolution strategies, compromises and appreciative communication rules.
