1:1 (60 or 90 minutes):
I mainly work in individual sessions, because here, in a protected space, an atmosphere can be created to go into depth quickly and find a solution for your individual case. I offer individual coaching of 60 or 90 minutes.
2:1 - Mediation (90 minutes):
Mediation can be useful in order to act as a neutral point of contact between the parties. Mediation techniques and professional expertise can be used to identify the points of conflict and work towards an amicable agreement between the parties.
Trial session:
You are welcome to book a trial session with me so that you can decide whether you would like to work with me. I offer trial sessions lasting 15 minutes. The cost of the trial session will be credited in full towards the first follow-up session.
