Prior to booking:
1:1 (60 or 90 minutes)
I mainly work in individual sessions, because here, in a protected space, an atmosphere can be created to go into depth quickly and find a solution for your individual situation.
I offer it as individual coaching 60 or 90 minutes.
2:1 - Mediation (90 minutes)
Mediation can be useful in order to act as a neutral point of contact between the parties. Mediation techniques and professional expertise can be used to identify the points of conflict and work towards an amicable agreement between the parties.
Trial session:
You are welcome to book a trial session with me so that you can decide whether you would like to work with me. I offer trial sessions lasting 30 minutes. The cost of the trial session will be credited in full towards the first follow-up session.

Cancellations / postponements:
Cancellations / appointment postponements up to 24 hours before the booked appointment are possible free of charge. If appointments are cancelled shorter in advance, 50% of the fee will be charged. Cancellations up to 3 hours before the appointment or no-show for the appointment will be charged at 100%.
The sessions are to be paid in advance.
Invoice:
The fee for coaching is often not reimbursed by health insurance companies. In many cases, however, advice directly related to your profession or company is tax deductible.
If you have legal protection insurance and contact me in a (labor) law matter, your insurance may cover the costs of the consultation. Please contact your insurance company.
